Made to order, then to your door

Every Hands of Atlas piece is made to order by a maalem in Marrakech. Nothing ships from a shelf. When you place an order, the piece is cut, pierced, finished, wired and tested for you.

Timelines

• Workshop time: 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation.
• Transit time: 5 to 9 business days by tracked courier once the piece leaves the workshop.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as your piece ships.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free worldwide, by tracked courier.

Import duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes set by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict these amounts; your local customs office can advise before you order.

Address changes

We can change the delivery address any time before the piece ships. Write to us at contact@handsofatlas.com with your order number.

Damaged in transit

Every piece is packed for international transit. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Please keep all packaging until the claim is settled.
