Returns and refunds

14 day returns

If a piece is not right for your space, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. Write to contact@handsofatlas.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Once the piece arrives back and is inspected, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving the return.

Cancellations

Each piece is made to order. You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, before the workshop begins. After that, the piece is already in the maalem's hands and the order can no longer be cancelled, though the 14 day return window still applies after delivery.

Damaged or defective pieces

If a piece arrives damaged or with a fault in materials or wiring, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the piece or refund you in full, including any return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What cannot be returned

Pieces that have been installed, hardwired, modified or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Handmade variation in piercing, hammering and patina is the nature of the craft, not a defect.
